Refund policy
Right to return (14 days)
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as provided by the Serbian Law on Consumer Protection.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached where applicable.
- Posters must be undamaged and returned in a protective tube or flat packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back.
How to return
- Email us at vervancewear@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.
Return shipping
The customer pays for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the whole order is returned (standard delivery only).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
We check every order before it ships, but if a problem still slips through, please contact us at vervancewear@gmail.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days from purchase) with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After we review your request, we'll offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. Where the issue is confirmed as our error or a manufacturing fault, any related shipping costs are on us.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll swap it, subject to availability.
