1. General
This website is operated by VERVANCE (Mina Petrovic PR VERVANCE), based in Belgrade, Serbia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We make every effort to show our products' colours and details accurately, but screen differences may cause slight variation. Posters may vary very slightly in print. We may update products, sizes, and prices at any time.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), and we'll refund you in full if payment was taken.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in [RSD / EUR] and include [VAT where applicable]. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

6. Legal guarantee
Under Serbian consumer law, you're entitled to goods that match their description and are free from defects. If a product doesn't conform, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund it as the law requires.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, photos, and text on this site belong to VERVANCE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. Buying a poster or garment doesn't give you the right to reproduce the artwork.

8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or unforeseen losses arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Privacy

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We'll try to resolve any complaint directly first. If we can't, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution options available in Serbia.
