Where we ship

We currently ship only within Serbia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are shipped the next business day. During launches, sales or holidays this may take slightly longer.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by circumstances outside our control (courier, holidays).

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at vervancewear@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll sort it out.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for parcels lost because of incorrect information, but we’ll help you where we can.
